Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window worldwide and a 14-day cooling-off period for customers within the European Union, starting from the day you receive your item.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

Non-returnable items

 


We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 


Limited-drop items are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for replacement.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item or size, please return your original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

 


 

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

 


If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.


For eligible EU returns:

 

  • The item price and standard outbound shipping will be refunded

  • Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must meet all return condition requirements listed above

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.


If approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
