Exchanges
We exchange sizes or colours of the same style, subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is still in stock, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost within Europe.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original condition.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Getting started is simple.

Contact us
Email us at support@emptysetstr.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.

We confirm availability
For exchanges, we will check whether your preferred size or colour is in stock and confirm within 24 hours.

Send the item back
We will send you the return address. Please package the item carefully and send it back within 5 days of our confirmation.

Exchange or refund processed
Once we receive the item we will dispatch your exchange or process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Exchanges are only available for a different size or colour of the same style, not a different style.
